Semi-Finalist gardens will be visited by local judges and winners will be announced after

the Aquafest parade.

Semi-Finalist garden visits July 15 — 17. Judging will be based on the overall appearance of each garden. Plants that have bloomed or are about to bloom will be taken into consideration
