Vendors Beware - Aquafest 2025 has been moved to a different weekend than the  traditional "last full weekend of July"! We are moving it back 2 weeks so we can provide a carnival. This will result in a bigger draw to the downtown area for Aquafest weekend and contribute to your success.

New weekend for 2025 is July 11th thru the 13th. This is the same dates as the Arlington Street Fair. 

What type of vendor are you?                               

Commercial Product 
A Commercial Product vendor is any vendor selling goods that they did not create.  This includes but is not limited to direct sales, manufactured toys, clothing that is purchased for resale, prepackaged foods/snacks/drinks, etc.

Commercial Service 
A Commercial Service vendor is any vendor selling services or goods that they did not create and have no on-site, physical product to sell.  This includes but is not limited to real estate, insurance, banks, window companies, etc.

Arts & Crafts Vendor 
A vendor who has made and/or created the items for sale.  Handcrafted goods that you have personally made or Art that you have personally created.

Non-profit Vendor 
A Non-Profit vendor is any vendor that is giving out information about their non-profit organization, whether to promote membership or fundraising. See the rules on fundraising.

 

Food Vendor 

A Food vendor is any vendor that is selling food which is prepared on-site. (not prepackaged) from within a tent or from a kiosk/cart. Includes beverage vendors.

Food Truck or Trailer

A food truck or trailer is any food vendor who is using a truck or trailer to prepare food and/or beverages from within the truck or trailer. Trailers may not be attached to towing vehicle during vendor operations.​​​​

Other Information:     Registration Opens on March 1st, 2025

Returning vendors from 2024 get preferential registration until March 31st at close of business.

All other registrants will be picked after March 31st even if they registered prior to.

If a vendor is a 2025 Sponsor at the $5000 level they get one 10 x 10 space for free electricity included.

Acceptance of any vendor is up to the Aquafest Association's sole discretion.

We attempt to not have duplicate products showcased by vendors. If you do not list your product at the time of registration, you may be required to remove and not sell it by Aquafest Staff.
